We want you to be completely overjoyed with your DREAMIFY purchases. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, our return policy is simple and straightforward.
30-Day Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the delivery date or pick-up date. We accept returns within this window for a full refund.
Standard PolicyFast Processing
Once received at our warehouse, refunds are processed within 2 business days and sent back to your original payment method.
Damages & Defects
Claims for damaged items must be submitted with clear photos within 3 calendar days beyond delivery.
Order Cancellations
Cancel for a full refund before shipment. If shipped, shipping costs will be deducted. (Custom orders excluded).
How to Initiate a Return & Refund
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product, our team will provide all the details and information to initiate your return smoothly.
- Mark Your Box: To process your return as quickly as possible, please ensure your Order Number is clearly marked on all boxes for our warehouse team.
- Refund Issuance: We only issue refunds via the original method used for payment. If the original method is no longer available, we will issue store credit equal to the refund amount.
- Timeline: It will take up to 2 business days to process your refund once the package arrives. Depending on your banking institution, the credit will reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand behind the quality of the products we sell and inspect every item before shipment. While rare, damages and defects do happen occasionally during transit.
- Inspect Upon Delivery: If you find the packaging is broken, notify the delivery company and our team as soon as possible.
- Take Photos: If damage is noted, photograph the item and packaging. Clear photographs must be attached to your claim within 3 calendar days of delivery. Claims received beyond this window will not be accepted.
- Partial Refusal: If an item or part is structurally damaged and completely unusable, refuse delivery of the damaged item/part only. Do not refuse undamaged items or parts; doing so makes you responsible for all redelivery costs, including storage fees.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation – Unshipped
You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order is set up for shipment. (Does not apply to Custom Orders).
Cancellation – Shipped
You can cancel your order once it has been set up for shipment; however, please note that the costs of both outbound and return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. (Does not apply to Custom Orders).
Cancellation – Custom Orders
Once a custom order has entered production and moved to ‘In Production’ status, all costs of production have been incurred. Therefore, cancellation is no longer possible and the balance paid cannot be refunded. If you have already received your custom order, standard return policies apply if applicable.
Limited Manufacturer Warranty
If any item(s) arrives with broken or defective parts, or if parts break during assembly, there is no need to return the entire unit. We offer replacement parts free of charge for up to 14 days after the date of purchase under our warranty.
All you need to do is contact us via email with photos of the affected parts to receive replacements. If you opt to waive the warranty and return the product instead due to broken or defective parts, the standard 30-day return policy applies.
