Important Shipping Details
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it is sent directly to our fulfillment center to ensure fast processing. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact our support team immediately. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing stage.
Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Failures
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is marked as “Undeliverable”, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may incur additional shipping charges.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our premium resin kits. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Please provide photos of the damaged items and the packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
